 All FIMA taps are designed to satisfy the largest number of existing international regulations. Every model of tap is then adapted to the regulations, always more specific and various, of the single exportation countries. Every processing stage, from initial design to the final product, are carried out always keeping quality and environment protection in mind. That is why it uses galvanic processes that eliminate the harmful particles from brass, and materials – such as rubber or metals – complying with the strictest of regulations required by the USA, Canadian and European industries and by the Departments of Health and Welfare. The staff’s skills, professionalism and the unquestioned quality of the product have been certified by the most prestigious world certification institutes: NF (France), DIN (Germany), SVGW (Switzerland), BS/SISIR (Singapore), Water Authority (Hong Kong), CSA (USA e Canada), PCT (Russia), ZIK (Croatia) e TIS (Thailand). Specifically, the Firm has obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 quality certification, an international regulation responsible for determining the criteria and procedures to guarantee quality during the production process and to research and development of new products by constantly improving the company’s performance. The certification involves all of the company’s departments, from management of customer relations to control of the production processes, from equipment maintenance to production tooling.  |
