It is said that the practice of sailing is a school of life.
To confront the sea in a sail boat is a formative experience, apart from being fun, it also requires a considerable psychophysical preparation: because sailing is essentially perception and sensibility.

To arrive at this goal one requires readiness, agility, coordination and, above all, a strong and compatible team, where everyone learns to count on the other and, in part, on themselves: only in this way, can real collaboration exist, with team spirit and sense of competition. In sailing, like all team sports, the result can never be reached alone and, even if a member is a champion, one always needs to have the support and backup of the other companions.
This model of sporty behavior reflects the entrepreneurial reality of FIMA - Carlo Frattini, in which all, managers and contributors, feel members of a team. These values that are at the core of the businesses success, in fact, they are based on the ability of involvement and on the building of a winning team. This is possible if the motivation is shared. The company, therefore dedicates a lot of resources and energy to the creation of team building, with the involvement of employees and collaborators both, so that the structure is a collective unit. Which is not only valid at the main office at Briga Novarese, but also includes the involvement from suppliers to the smallest retailer, both near and far.
This close affinity between two apparently very different realities, like that of sailing and the company, has made FIMA - Carlo Frattini's closer to the world of sport. In July 2007, the company was present at the Italian Championship LASER 4000 of Rosignano Solvay, as a sponsor of a Laser 4000, the fastest boat and of new generation, from the acrobatic drift, light and spectacular, is able to carry out thrilling planes. Its crew, composed of Mattia Fiorindo, forward, and Federico Rigotti, helmsman, in the three days of regatta had given the best of themselves, competing with another twenty-three boats, coming from all over Italy.
To participate in sports events like this, also in artistic and creative initiatives, for the company signifies to strengthen their image and that of their products, but above all it means to share the emotions and the values that the event generates: competition, adventure, responsibility, respect and health.
